Flawless skin, is not only a sign of beauty but also, a sign of good health. Flawless skin is defined differently for each of us however, we each are able to take similar steps, to obtain flawless skin for our skin needs.

Getting flawless skin is doable in a week but, you have to be consistent and prepared to change your daily regimen. Here are some tips, on how to have Your flawless skin, in a week:

* Use natural cleansers, toners, moisturizers and facial scrubs based on your skin type.

* Always, Always, Always remove makeup before going to bed.

* Eat healthy foods. Avoid caffeine, sugar & greasy foods.

* Exercise regularly. It is recommended 3 - 4 times daily and for at least, 30 minutes.

* Drink 8 glasses of water daily.

* Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
