That's right, baking soda does wonders to the body. Here are 8 key reasons to keep baking soda in your medicine cabinet:
1 - Got sweat, make a water & baking soda paste & apply to your underarms, as a deodorant. Not only does your "deodorant" keep the smell away, it prevents sweat (perspiration) stains.
2 - Cleanse your hair - Adding baking soda to your shampoo or co-wash, helps to decrease build-up & residue.
3 - Whiten that smile - Want whiter teeth but, without the chemical bleach? Try a natural solution by mixing a tablespoon of baking soda and 5 drops of hydrogen peroxide. Add water until you have a paste consistency. Rub on your teeth with your brush. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. Brush and rinse thoroughly. For best results, do a minimum of once weekly.
